GRAND TIMES HOTEL, Quebec City – A Smart Stay in the City

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, where the rooms were clean and staff members were very friendly. Although I initially requested a queen bed and the location may require a car, overall it was an excellent experience.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, although somewhat clean, had a lingering smell on the pillows and blankets, but were quiet and had all the amenities I needed. Being right in front of a large meeting room added a touch of convenience. The service was very helpful and kind, with quick room access, although no compensation was offered. The location was good, with easy access to the expressway and nearby stores and restaurants. The dining options were satisfying but limited, and the facilities were decent.

While the rooms are spacious and clean with nice decoration, it was annoying and loud upon arrival. The location, just outside Quebec City with easy highway access and a nearby shopping mall, is convenient, but the signage is only in French. The dining experience was limited, and facilities were somewhat chaotic.

The hotel was a little out of town but with breakfast included, which was a bonus. The rooms had 2 double beds instead of a queen, and there was a minor disturbance with someone emptying the ice machine at 4 am.
